Proofs are sent on most items, Party Print Express will not be responsible for replacement of incorrect products that are not a production problem, if proof is approved by you.
USPS transit times are estimated and not guaranteed by them.
If USPS decides an item is lost (after approx. 15-30 days), I will file a claim on your behalf to recoup your cost. If you'd like alternate guaranteed methods, there are upgraded shipping options at an additional cost, Fed-Ex 3-day guarantee upgrade option does guarantee delivery in 3 business days.
