Proofs are sent on most items, Party Print Express will not be responsible for replacement of incorrect products that are not a production problem, if proof is approved.

Party Print Express can not control USPS and can not be responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged products due to USPS. All orders will include a tracking number and insurance. If USPS decides an item is lost (after 15-30 days), I will file a claim on your behalf to recoup your cost. If an item is damaged, you MUST retain all packaging & product, and supply photos to me ASAP to file a damage claim with the shipper.  If you'd like alternate guaranteed methods, we do offer upgraded shipping options at an additional cost, Fed-Ex 3-day guarantee upgrade option does guarantee delivery in 3 days.
